Fees for Community Schools Community Use are determined based on the the type of use and the Non-Profit status of your group. The Fee categories below are delineated by Non-Profit status and Use Type.

Non-Profit User Groups
  • Download
    Non-Profit, Youth Educational
    (PDF, 12kb)
    This Fee Category applies to Non-Profit educational use through grade 12 occurring before 6pm on school days.
  • Download
    Non-Profit, Youth Recreational
    (PDF, 12kb)
    This Fee Category applies to Non-Profit use through grade 12 occurring after 6pm on school days or on non-school days (not including tournaments).

    Non-Profit, Fundraiser/Tournament
    (PDF, 12kb)
    This Fee Category applies to Non-Profit Fundraisers, Tournaments, Productions and For-Profit Business Meetings.

    This Fee Category applies to Non-Profit Civic, Religious, Charitable Organizations Meetings, Youth Camps, Clinics, Baccalaureate (not including tournaments).

    This Fee Category applies to Government Education / Recreation Adult Programs, but does not include Productions & Tournaments.

    This Fee Category applies to For-Profit Camps, Clinics, Dance Recitals, Pageants, and other use by For-Profit groups and private individuals.

    This Fee Category applies to Fundraisers, Semi/Professional Sports, Tournaments, Video Shoots and any other events that generate revenue for your group.

    Equipment must be requested on the reservation request, however, not all equipment is available at all facilities.

Community Use News

ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM

Reservation requests must be submitted using Community Schools Online Reservation System.

A CSUID Number and PASSWORD are needed to access the system.

Prior to Advertising

Community Use events require a signed rental agreement prior to advertising.


Insurance Certificate

The Certificate of Insurance must list "Wake County Board of Education" as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.


Certificate of Insurance

The renter's current certificate of insurance is required to be on file ten business days prior to the event.
