Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Advertisers will be granted a refund for the following scenarios:

If you pay for the same ad space of the same edition as another advertiser, but the other advertiser wins the ad space.
If you pay for bold heading, but do not receive bold heading in the published catalog edition for which you have paid for it.

Refund requests must be emailed to Lifelong Learning with Community Schools staff.[Go Back]
