This Privacy Policy covers how WCPSS and the Community Services department handles any Information that we collect or receive about you or your business (herein referred to as "Information").

WCPSS and Community Services does not share, rent, or sell Information with other people or businesses except to provide products or services you have expressly requested. The only exceptions to this policy are:

Account Deletion
At any time, you may choose to delete any accounts you may have registered with Community Services. Doing so will remove personal Information from our databases. WCPSS maintains physical and electronic safeguards on all databases that are maintained by Community Services. Your accounts are password protected for your security. Where possible, WCPSS uses SSL encryption to ensure secure transmission of data.
Any Information collected by Community Services is accessible only to employees who have a reasonable need to access the Information in order to do their jobs.
