Frances Lacy

"Frances Lacy is known for supporting new teaching methods in the Raleigh educational system while she was supervisor of elementary schools for 23 years. Before assuming this position in 1935, Mrs Lacy was a teacher. She developed special classes for slow and gifted learners. She lives in High Point."
