All WCPSS schools will dismiss one hour early Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Athletic and extracurricular events on Tuesday are canceled. Community Use rentals/events are always canceled if schools are closed. On weekends, cancelations occur on a per-school basis (contact school to verify your event.)
ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM
Reservation requests must be submitted using Community Schools Online Reservation System.
A CSUID Number and PASSWORD are needed to access the system.

Prior to Advertising
Community Use events require a signed rental agreement prior to advertising.
Insurance Certificate
The Certificate of Insurance must list "Wake County Board of Education" as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured.
Reservations for Facility Use are made on-line and must be processed and have a Confirmation signed by both the User Group and Community Schools prior to use. Payment is due ten business days prior to use.

- Note:
- Year-long, large scale events or tournaments may need an expectations meeting and additional processing time.
- An Online Reservation Request must be processed and have a Confirmation signed by both the User Group and Community Schools prior to use.
- User Groups may not advertise until the confirmation is signed by both the User Group and Community Schools.
- User Groups may not list the Wake County Public School System as a sponsor.
- Payment is due ten business days prior to use
