Refund Policy:

Advertisers will be granted a refund for the following scenarios:

• If you pay for the same ad space of the same edition as another advertiser, but the other advertiser wins the ad space.
• If you pay for bold heading, but do not receive bold heading in the published catalog edition for which you have paid for it.
