A Taste of the Yucatan
Chef Wynton Mann shares his love for food of the Yucatan. The Yucatán is deeply rooted in its indigenous Mayan heritage. It is the only part of Mexico that does not share an outside influence. If you're planning on vacationing in Cancún, this class will be perfect for you. This hands-on class will prepare papadzules (Mayan enchilada with a pumpkin seed sauce), sopa de lima (lime soup), cochinita pibil (marinated pork cooked in banana leaves), Mayan green rice, and various salsas. We'll end the class with a coconut flan and Mayan coffee presentation.
