A native of New York City, Wynton Mann, founder of Wynton’s World educational programs is a chef, food writer, and cooking instructor with educational accomplishments in culinary arts and a master’s degree in education. Chef Wynton studied Spanish language and culture abroad in Salamanca, Spain before spending nearly 10 years traveling to Spanish speaking countries enjoying the life, food and culture. Chef Wynton continues to influence the Triangle area with his passion for food, Spanish and Latin culture, and travel. He takes American students on study abroad trips to various Latin American countries, introducing the culture and flavors of Latin America. Currently, Chef Wynton is finishing his first cookbook on the Latin cuisine and earning his doctorate in Education.

If you ask Chef Mann what he most enjoys, he’ll reply, “Spanish language and culture, cooking, and travelling.” Prior coordinator and Instructor of Spanish programs at Wake Technical Community College, former restaurant chef, and current president of Wynton’s World Educational Programs, Wynton has over a decade experience sharing his passion. Family, friends, and students benefit even in his free time as he dedicates it to preparing Latin cuisine and accompanying students to Latin American countries for enriching study abroad.
Azalee Sanders-Bruce (Medical Courses)
Azalee is a 20-year medical office veteran with 10 years teaching experience. With a master’s in education and certification through the National Health Association as a certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist and Medical Administrative Assistant, she will provide students rich stores of knowledge that come from her experience and education.
