Regardless of funding source, a Facility Modification Form must be submitted and approved
by the Facility Planning Department for changes or modifications to exterior spaces.

Any item emitting flames - ex. fires, gas grills, candles, etc. - are not to be used on school property.

Schools are available for rental by the public after school hours and on weekends.

Part of your rental fees helps pay for ongoing facility improvements at the school you use.
Non-Profit Rate
To receive a non-profit rate, the user group’s non-profit ID number must be indicated on the application.
Certificate of Insurance
The user group’s current certificate of insurance is required to be on file ten business days prior to the event.
Insurance Certificate
The Certificate of Insurance must list “Wake County Board of Education” as certificate holder and Additional Insured.

For permission to display your event information, contact the school principal.
Space Rental
For each space there is a minimum two hour rental per board policy.
